Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective date: December 2025

We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s a problem, we’ll work quickly to resolve it. This page explains our return window, eligibility, costs, and how to start a return or refund request.

Return Window

• 14 days from the date your order is marked delivered.
• If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: eligible for a refund or replacement if reported within the return window.
• Non-defective items: may be approved case-by-case if the item is unused, in original packaging, and requested within the return window.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect).
• Gift cards.
• Items returned outside the return window.
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or are not in original condition/packaging.

Return Method, Costs & Fees

• Return method: By mail.
• Return shipping: Customer responsibility for non-defective returns. If the item is defective/damaged/incorrect, we’ll work with you to resolve it (including a prepaid label when appropriate).
• Restocking fees: None.

Refund Processing Time

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted when applicable. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number (or purchase details)
• A short description of the issue
• Photos (required for damaged/defective items)

We will reply with return authorization instructions. Do not send items back until you receive authorization.
